It's been a while since I've posted. I started my diet this week. I'm thrilled about it! I am more motivated then I have been in (I believe I can honestly say)... years! It's a fairly simple concept and it's a lifechange. Not just something that you do for a time... It's something you do from now on. I'm always scared to announce a diet for fear of failure. But this will help keep me accountable. Posting it on a public location. What could be better!? I've lost 4 pounds!
